Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Poste :

The Engagement Office is responsible for defining, building, and improving efficient process aimed at enhancing partnerships with entities. This includes:

Supporting the execution of a simplified and standardized contractual framework related to the operational contractualization of BAU activities.
Contributing to support market teams on all subjects related to the contractual framework.
Contributing to building a strong interface with finance-owned processes, with significant involvement in engagement (financial planning/forecasting, billing toentities, and collecting service fees) and legal-owned processes.

The PMO NCF will be responsible for:

Identify any risks related to the contractual process and develop strategies to overcome or address them.
Strong expertise of legal and compliance aspects related to contract management.
Proven expertise in managing processes, including reviewing, and analyzing the contract annexes provided by all the stakeholders (product team, finance, security, …)
Expertise of finance principles related to contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Expertise of legal and compliance aspects related to contract management.
Ideally knowledgeable in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes, as well as BI tools (reporting).

Profil recherché :

Bachelor's/master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of expertise in project management, preferably within a PMO environment.
