Poste :
The team is currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical and self-driven Pricing Quality Assurance. In this role, you will play akey part in ensuring proper pricing structure and delivery within Bell's App and Web spaces. You will work closely with Operations,Targeting, and Q&A teams to ensure pricing initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with our business goals. As a liaisonbetween Pricing and the Digital teams, you will also need to ensure speedy resolution of any offer related issues and maintainaccurate and meticulous documentation of all offers being run on codes
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
Effective tracking/documentation of all Mobility offers and plans and the affected digital elements (i.e. Adobe Web labels, in-flow DBs, Rate plan pages, etc.)
Offer investigations and problem resolution
Converting the Pricing team’s directions into actionable work items for the Day 2 team
Collaborate with the Operations team to integrate pricing changes seamlessly into the app and web environments.
Support the Q&A team by providing guidance on the correct buyer experience, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
Profil recherché :
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
A bachelor degree in any relevant discipline (Marketing, Sales, Communication, IT…)
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Experience working with Jira, TFS, ALM, or other Project/TestManagement Tools.
Strong hands-on experience developing software tests for functional, performance, and regression testing.
Good understanding of QA methodology – test plans, test cycles, and software release.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Very good oral and written English and French.
Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven, dynamic and results oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization.
Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
Solution oriented with high attention to detail.
Authentic, professional, and confident, with the ability to influence project teams and stakeholders through effective communication.
